Shipping policy

Domestic Deliveries (Vietnam)

We use Viettel or J&T Express to deliver your shoes within Vietnam. It usually takes 2–4 business days, and shipping is complimentary—we’ve got it covered for you!

International Deliveries

For international orders, we work with trusted couriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on your country and the situation. As soon as we receive the tracking details, we’ll send you an email so you can follow your shoes’ journey.

Estimated Shipping Timelines:

  • United States: 6–10 business days

  • North America: 6–10 business days

  • Europe: 6–10 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 7–12 business days

  • Asia Pacific: 5–8 business days

Please note that couriers require a signature upon delivery. We’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or parcel collection points.

Special Note for Taiwan and Mainland China:

We can only deliver one pair of shoes per parcel. If you order two pairs to the same address, they will be sent in separate parcels. This is a requirement from our courier partners.

Remote Areas

For some remote addresses, an additional fee may apply. If that’s the case, we’ll contact you first—you can either choose to cover the fee or provide an alternative delivery address.

Customs Duties & Taxes

We do not cover any customs duties or taxes charged by your country’s customs office. These fees are unpredictable and vary depending on the country. However, we understand that import taxes can be high in some places, so we declare our shoes at a minimum value to help reduce this cost for you.

Delivery Schedule & Insurance

Our courier partners do not deliver on weekends.

Every Swing Love order is insured during transit until it reaches you. Once your parcel is signed for, the responsibility is transferred to you. If you’ve chosen someone else to receive the package (e.g. as a gift), their signature at the delivery address will be considered proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility.

In some destinations, our courier may allow delivery without a signature. If this applies to your address, you’ll see the option at checkout. If you choose to waive the signature, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage after delivery.

Please note: for orders above a certain value, signature confirmation will be mandatory to ensure your order arrives safely.
