Swing Love Refund Policy
At Swing Love, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to clarify our refund policy to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Full Refund for Faulty Products
Customers may request a full refund if the product they receive is found to be faulty. This includes cases where the shoes don’t fit as expected. If you encounter a fitting issue, we kindly ask that you provide photographic or video evidence to support your claim.
In such cases, customers have two options:
1. Replacement or Repair – We can replace or repair the faulty item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage costs to return the item to us in Hoi An, Vietnam.
2. Full Refund – Refunds can be issued via the original payment method or in the form of a gift card voucher.
Please note:
• Items damaged as a result of wear and tear, or customized/engraved shoes, are not considered faulty and are therefore non-refundable.
• Shipping fees and any add-ons paid for the original order are non-refundable.
• If a refund is accepted, the 3.5% payment gateway processing fee (calculated on the total transaction amount) will not be refunded. Once your refund is approved by OnePay, our payment gateway provider, the amount will be processed back to the original cardholder’s bank account only. The timeline for the refund to appear will depend on your bank’s processing time—typically 7–10 business days, and no later than one billing cycle.
Please note that you might not receive any email notification from OnePay once the refund is approved. If you do not see the refunded amount within the mentioned timeframe, please get in touch with us at hello@swing-love.com.
Requesting a Refund
If you receive a faulty item or experience fitting issues, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the item.
