Full Refund for Faulty Products
Customers may request a full refund if the product they receive is found to be faulty. This includes cases where the shoes don't fit as expected. If you encounter a fitting issue, we kindly ask customers to provide photographic or video evidence to support their claim.
In such cases, customers have two options: they can either choose to have Swing Love replace or repair the faulty item (please note that the customer is responsible for bearing the postage costs to return the item to us in Hoi An, Vietnam), or they can opt for a full refund. Refunds can be processed through the same payment method or in the form of gift card vouchers.
However, please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear or engraved shoes are not considered faulty. Additionally, any shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable.

If you receive a faulty item or experience fitting issues with the shoes, you must promptly contact us to request a refund. Please make sure to initiate the refund process within 10 days of receiving the item.
