How to Measure Your Happy Feet

We are here to help you find the best possible fit for your Swing Love shoes.

“But where’s the size chart?” you may ask–we hear you!

At Swing Love, we do not use a standard size chart because every foot is unique. Our shoes are made-to-measure, and we believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to happy feet.

That’s why we ask for your measurements, photos, and fit notes before we begin crafting your shoes.

Helpful Tips Before Measuring

  1. The best time to measure your feet is in the evening since feet tend to swell slightly throughout the day.
  2. Please measure both feet while standing straight on a flat surface.
  3. Accurate measurements are very important for us to handcraft the best possible fit for you, so please take this step carefully.
  4. And don’t forget to relax before taking your measurements. Have a cup of tea if it helps. 😉

Important: Please Double-Check Length (A)

The length of your feet, also known as Measurement (A), is especially important. Before submitting your form, please double-check Measurement (A) using the standing against the wall method:

  • Stand up straight against a wall on a flat surface with your heels touching the wall.
  • Mark the furthest point of your toe on each foot.
  • Measure the distance from the wall to the toe mark. If possible, take a clear photo of this measurement with the ruler or measuring tape visible.

*Please do this for both your left and right foot.

👞 STEP TWO: Prepare Your Information 👞 

Before submitting your measurement form, please prepare the following:

  • (A), (B), and (C) measurements for each foot, in cm
  • also (D) and (E) measurements, if you are ordering boots
  • A photo or scan of your foot tracing
  • A clear photo of your Length (A) measurement using the wall method
  • Photos of your feet standing on the floor from:  top-down view, outside angle view, inside angle view
  • Your regular shoe size and/or dance shoe size, for example EU 38 or US 7.5
  • Any fit notes, such as bunions, collapsed arches, high arches, wide feet, narrow feet, or sensitive areas

Please make sure all photos are clear and taken while standing straight, as this helps us understand your feet more accurately.

👞 STEP THREE: Submit the Measurement Form 👞 

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a link to our Swing Love Measurement Form.

Please prepare your measurements and photos using this guide, then submit everything through the form in your email.

This helps us keep your order details, measurements, and fit notes organized in one place before we begin crafting your shoes.

👞 A Note on Our Craftsmanship Timeline 👞 

Every pair of Swing Love shoes is made from scratch, including our hand-stacked leather heels.

Our current estimated production timeline is around 12–14 weeks. Because each pair is handcrafted and made-to-measure, the process may sometimes take longer than expected.

Craftsmanship takes time, and we truly appreciate your patience. We will keep you updated if there are any important timeline changes along the way.
